Information you provide

Our forms collect the contact details, venue information, and request details you choose to submit. Support requests may include transaction details and the last four digits of a payment card. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or copy of your government ID.

How we use and share it

Access within NightShift is limited to team members who need the information for sales, support, or related operations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated third-party marketing.

Necessary service providers help us operate the website, deliver forms and email, manage business records, and process payments or refunds. Website submissions are processed through Formspree. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

ID verification

Our standard barcode ID scanner checks age without retaining scanned ID information. Age verification is separate from payment records and any details you voluntarily provide in a support request.

Retention

We retain inquiry and support information for as long as needed to respond, provide ongoing service, and maintain relevant business records. Information may be kept longer when needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention by service providers is governed by their own policies.
